The Role - Associate Program Manager


What the role involves:

 

  1. Identifying trends and assessing opportunities to improve processes and execution

  2. Reporting weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics and implementing change in control processes

  3. Synchronizing process improvement plans with other process owners within the value chain and with cross-functional teams

  4. Monitoring and measuring the benefits of post-process implementation to ensure quality, efficiency, and improvement

  5. Coordinating and arranging seamless onboarding and training of teachers as well as scheduling their live classes

  6. Discovering global market opportunities for courses by understanding trends in the learning market

  7. Driving enrollments for these courses by working closely with marketing and sales team

  8. Strive for excellence, and think of scale.

  9. Your permanency will be subject to a 3 month probationary period. 


Key Skills Required - 

Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint, Business Strategy, Business Development, Management, Team Management, Leadership


Who can Apply ?

 

  1. 1-3 years experience in Edtech 

  2. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  4. Is able to liaison across stakeholders.

Salary - 

5 - 7 LPA
